This paper analyses the dynamics and evolutionary strategies that are occurring in regulated markets light of impacts new technological innovations financial sector how different jurisdictions seeking right balance between fostering innovation competition ensuring customers protection. The main focus is to present regulatory sandboxes as one novel ways regulating services, especially fintech. article characterized by a comparative approach based on my professional experience lawyer UK Italy, well an academic sector.
